Chag Consulting is an advisory practice and does not operate as an employment agency, headhunting brokerage, or placement guarantor.
2. Client Commitment & Collaboration
Executive outcomes rely on active, transparent collaboration. Clients agree to provide accurate historical career data, adhere to scheduled advisory sessions, and maintain open communication throughout live recruitment cycles.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All proprietary frameworks, strategic scripts, negotiation playbooks, and methodologies provided by Chag Consulting LLC remain the intellectual property of Chag Consulting LLC. Mutual non-disclosure obligations apply to all proprietary discussions and client materials.
4. Corporate Sponsorship & Professional Development
For clients utilizing corporate executive coaching, professional development, or employer-sponsored leadership training allocations, Chag Consulting provides standardized documentation aligned with standard corporate development programs.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Chag Consulting LLC applies industry-leading strategies with verified track records, hiring decisions remain the independent discretion of third-party employers. In no event shall Chag Consulting LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from recruitment outcomes.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Engagement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
